The claim was satisfied

Once again, the Road Traffic Police only mentioned in the administrative act that the driver had violated the rules of stopping and there was no indication of which particular rule had been violated by the driver.

The Administrative Court of the RA /by Judge G, Khandanian/ in the administrative case VD/ 6329/05/15 satisfied the claim.

The Court, referring to the burden of proof established by the Code of the Administrative Procedure of the RA, found, that the fact that the claimant has violated the rules of stopping is disputed in the sense that it is not clear which particular rule of stopping the claimant has violated, therefore the negative consequences within the meaning of Article 26 part 1 of the Code shall be borne by  the Road Traffic Police.
